You may return your Strap Pad® purchased from www.StrapPad.com within 30 days of delivery for an unconditional, full refund, less shipping and handling. You may return your defective Strap Pad® purchased from www.StrapPad.com within 90 days of delivery for replacement or equivalent product. In addition to any refund or exchange, Strap Pad LLC will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Refunds for Strap Pad® products purchased from a third party retailer are only available from the retailer in accordance with the retailer's refund policies and may not be returned through www.StrapPad.com. However, Strap Pad LLC will provide a replacement for any defective product returned to Strap Pad LLC within 90 days of purchase with original receipt.
You should expect to receive your refund or replacement product within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund or replacement more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request or our shipper to deliver the replacement (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or replacement once we've received and processed the returned item.
Just fill out and submit our Return Authorization Form, and we will guide you through the process.
Retail or Rental Orders-Purchased Wholesale
Strap Pad LLC will replace defective retail items with equivalent merchandise until the later of one year from original date of purchase by the retailer or 90 days after purchase by the consumer, with proof of sale date. Strap Pad LLC warranties units used on rental equipment free from defects for the duration of the "season" for which purchased. All defective units used on rental equipment will be replaced with equivalent product or better.
EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; VOID WARRANTIES:
THE BUYER RECOGNIZES THAT APPLICATION OF THE STRAP PAD PRODUCT TO A BURTON LTR MODEL SNOWBOARDS OR ANY INHERENTLY ROUGH OR TEXTURED SNOWBOARD SURFACE SHALL VOID ANY AND ALL PRODUCT WARRANTIES.
